I Have A Garmin Gps. How Do I Upload The San Disk (sd), Which I Purchased?

Put the card into the GPS receiver. There should be a slot on the side of the unit for the card. Just slide it in. If you have an outdoor handheld unit that does not have a slot on the side, open the battery compartment, remove the batteries and look behind the batteries for the slot.
To upload maps to the card, either copy the appropriate files using Windows Explorer (the GPS receiver will appear as a removable drive) or use whatever Garmin mapping program you have to send the maps to the receiver.

How Can I Use The Noaa Rnc Or Encs And Make A Route And Upload It To My Garmin 60csx Gps?

Simple answer is you can’t……..easily that is. You need the complete (now outdated) software to do that, and you might not be able to upload it. You should be able to use your existing garmin charts, for your area, but I understand your desires. I’ve tried this before and had no success. I got a 2010, and can do everything I need to right on the unit.

you have to download the maps onto your computer from the garmin website, then you need to connect the gps to the computer via the USB cable that should’ve been provided with the package when you bought the GPS… but if not, then you can probably buy the cable online.

How Do I Upload A File To My Gps (garmin C340)?

I purchased a preloaded garmin c340, and now I have a file I downloaded off the web (gpx file), with all the red light cameras and such, and a different splash screen as well, but my gps did not come with MapSource, the software that is used for that because it says it doesn’t need it since it is preloaded. I tried to download it from Garmin, but they only relese the “upgrade”, so it does not work.
Does anyone know how to upload these files? Even if it is not with MapSource?

How Do You Upload Music Into The Garmin Zumo 450?

I use itunes on my computer as my mp3 access/storage program. Can I move songs from itunes to my Garmin Zumo? I can’t figure out how. Anybody know anything about this?
