Do I Need To Buy Two Software Upgrades For Two C330 Garmin Gps Units, Or Will One Work On Both Units?

You need to buy two. Garmin Upgrades are licensed per serial number. In North America, at least, you actually have to order two media kits as the license is included in the package.
I just went through this with a a collection of Garmins. The postman delivered an armful of packages.

Are Built In Navigation Units In Cars As Good As The Stand Alone Units, Such As Tom Tom Or Garmin?

They are the same and have the same software but only as far as maps go..
The stand alone ones (mine anyway) also gives you the option of a walking route or bicycle route.
It is easier to connect it to your home computer and download different voices and even make your own splash picture.(it is too hard for me to bring my car into the house to do this.
I have Yoda, Darth Vader, Patrick Stewart, Ozzy Osbourne(he swears), Steve Irwin, and a couple of other voices downloaded onto mine for directions.

Which Garmin Gps Units Offer Turn By Turn Directions, With And Without Additional Software?

They all do (except for the handheld ones that are used for hiking). All the GPS models you see at “standard” stores give you turn-by-turn directions right out of the box, no additional software needed.

How Useful Is The Fm Traffic Feature In Garmin Gps Units?

I’m debating between buying the Nuvi 750 and the Nuvi 760. The 760 includes FM traffic. Is this just a gimmick, or does it work really well and is useful?
If my location matters, I live in the suburbs of a major U.S. city, and spend a lot of time in the city itself.
