I think the only definitive way is to phone Garmin UK on 0808 238 0000. I have spoken to them on numerous occasions and are very helpful.

Whatever is doing it is under warranty, take it back to Dodge and have them warranty out what the problem is.
You can change your home address. What model is it? I have a Garmin. Also, even if you can’t for some bizarre reason change the address, it wouldn’t matter, because you could always find your way home if it’s next to your neighbor’s house.
The bars on it sometimes disappear and it takes FOR EVER to give me the directions, can I buy something to help with the satellite transmission? Thanks
