		<description><![CDATA[You cannot. Mp4 files are videos. If your Garmin only supports Mp3 (which are songs ONLY) then obviously it cannot support Videos.
Unless you just want the sound from the videos, then you extract the audio using AoA Audio Extractor. And then transfer them to your GArmin. But no idea why you&#8217;d want to do that&#8230;
