I own an iQue 3600 and love it. I would suggest it because it is useful as a full-functional palm-based PDA, plus turn-by-turn routing GPS, plus hiking GPS and you can take it with you anywhere. The Street Pilot does one thing (well) but it doesn’t do anything else.
If my GPS is stolen is there a way it can be tracked?

Hi ,,,,,,,,I am looking frwrd to buy a gps System. I heard Garmi is the best one. But I am confused which one to buy. They have two series Nuvi and Street Pilot,,,,,,,,,,Which one is good ? I am also looking for a GPS which has text to speech feature as well as the bluetooth. Which is the cheapest model with Garmin with this features ? Any comments on Tom Tom and Meagelion GPS Systems ?
Will it charge when connected to the computer or another power source? If it charges everywhere else except the car, that would indicate a problem with the cigarette lighter or a problem with the car charging cable. It could be a blown fuse for the cigarette lighter or in the car charging cable, or could be an electrical problem in the car.
Its my choice for christmas and they are all around the same price but what ones better? can all of them update the new roads from plugging it in to the computer? please help
For the Garmin Street Pilot 2610, you need to go to the 1st link below and enter your serial number to see if there is an update available. The page also says that “The North America 2009 map update is scheduled for release in late April.” Product specs for your model are at the 2nd link.
