Can I Put More Detailed Maps From Topo 4.0 Onto My Garmin Etrex Legend Gps?

i would like to have software on my gps like the kind they have on mapsource, but i’m not really prepared to spend over $110 just to do it. any thoughts?
I recentely aquired a Garmin Nuvi 260 GPS in the states and brought it over to Korea and I found out that the Garmin website didn’t have any maps of Korea on it… I was wondering if there was another way I can get a map onto my Garmin so I can use it.
No, unfortunately it is not.
I just got a GPS and the directions tell me to snap the cradle onto the suction cup arm. Well I see both parts, but don’t see how to snap it on. I see the arm and the hole where you’re supposed to snap it on, but it doesn’t seem to snap on. Is it supposed to just go together or what? Cause it doesn’t seem right that the 2 pieces won’t click together, but maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be? Help!

Okay, so you can go to www.garmin.com/vehicles and download different cars to show on the GPS. So I got on to download it for my parents but it says you have to attach the GPS to the computer… how do you do that? Do you need a certain cord?

If so, which one is better for just this? i know that the 60CSx is cheaper, but it can do less. So which would be recommended for downloading where i’ve hiked?
I have a serial cable , however , i need to know the process to down load as i do not have a program thanks.
I have bought a garmin etrex legend cx mainly for geocaching, but I cant get the waypoints onto my gps I have the gps pluged into the computer and it says no gps found. does anyone have anyideals on what iam doing wrong? or how to fix this problem?
