I have an ageing and slightly dickie TomTom Go 910 Sat Nav and I want to know if I can basically ‘transfer’ the ‘operating system’ to my newer and slimmer Garmin Nuvi 200 Sat Nav i.e. so the Garmin looks and feels like the TomTom – is this possible or am I just wishful thinking???

none…. gps show an real type movement of your car… phones are not programmed to do that. Just turn left.. turn right…

No, but if you want map updates, you have to pay for those. I think the updates only come out every year or two but they are pretty expensive.
