Is The Garmin G1000 Just A Marketing Ruse To Allow Cessna To Charge $225,000 For A $75,000 Aircraft?

I know that manufacturing costs and liability has ruined the aircraft industry.
No more C-150s or PA-28s, but darn, $225,000 for a 2007 “Escort” or “Focus” type aircraft?

How Do You Plan A Flight With A Garmin G1000 Equipped Aircraft?

How much different is it from an older aircraft with gauges? Harder or easier? More complicated, or simpler? How hard is the G1000 to get used to?
