contact Garmin they might have a specific code for that or you may have to wait till you get in area
Depends on what features you want. All of the Nuvi series are good. The vary in price due to the extra features like text to speech(speaking street names), mp3 player, live traffic update, extra maps like canada, multiple point routing, voice entry, etc…
Garmin is a great brand of GPS systems. The best in my opinion. It has great route calculations and reroute times, etc…

If you want other features added on if you look on that website you’ll see a chart that says “Which nüvi is Best for You?” and you can find a system that best suits you. All of them are good just take your time to find one for you.

If you buy a Garmin from Amazon they usually have the newer ones stocked so the maps already on the unit shouldnt be that old.
The only website that I found that had some maps to download is: http://mapcenter.cgpsmapper.com/, but they don’t have alot.
The best maps for your GPS are the ones provided by the manufacturer. Becuase of the time and effort needed to creat good quality maps, most manufacturers purchase a data set from Navteq, or similar company.

Okay, so you can go to www.garmin.com/vehicles and download different cars to show on the GPS. So I got on to download it for my parents but it says you have to attach the GPS to the computer… how do you do that? Do you need a certain cord?
