You can change your home address. What model is it? I have a Garmin. Also, even if you can’t for some bizarre reason change the address, it wouldn’t matter, because you could always find your way home if it’s next to your neighbor’s house.

I would like to be able to simulate the route I would take from ANY starting address, not just the address I’m currently at. However, when I change my home location and then “Go To Home”, I am still starting from my last GPS location.

How Do I Change The Time/date Settings On A Handhelp Garmin Etrex Gps On The Bottom Of The Menu Screen Please?

Once you have a position fix and a good lock on the GPS signals, the receiver should be using that info to give you the correct time. You’ll just need to make time zone and daylight saving time settings, but due to the recent changes to daylight saving time in the US, you may need to experiment a little.
From the manual:
Changing the Time Zone
To change the time zone:
1. Press the PAGE button to switch to the MENU Page. Press the UP or DOWN button to highlight ‘SETUP,’ then press ENTER. The SETUP Page appears.
2. Press the UP or DOWN button to highlight ‘TIME,’ then press ENTER.
3. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the ‘TIME ZONE’ field, then press ENTER.
4. Press the UP or DOWN button to scroll through the selections. Press ENTER when you have found your correct time zone. Press PAGE to get back to the page of your choice.
You can also change the time format and UTC (Greenwich time) offset by choosing “Time” from the Setup menu. For more info, check out the manual.

Does Anyone Know How To Change The Current Location On Garmin Nuvi Gps?

The current location is set to Kansas and I live in Arizona. I looked through the manual, I’ve looked online, I tried resetting the coordinates, and I’ve even tried resetting the GPS but I still can’t get the current location to change. So every time I try to go somewhere, I’m getting directions from Kansas. Please help! Thank you!

Garmin 305 Gps Watch – How Do You Change The Internal Battery, And Can It Even Be Taken Apart?

My battery isn’t quite dead yet, but I’d like to know if, when the time comes, if the internal lithium-ion battery can be replaced. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers to all. :)
