Garmin is a best gps system and better than TomTom, Garmin has a simple controls – simply touch the color screen to enter a destination, has a turn-by-turn voice directions, 2-D or 3-D maps and more feature.
I would suggestion a Garmin Nuvi 255W.

Garmin is in my opinion the best GPS company. I have a Garmin Nuvi 205 and a TomTom One and the Nuvi is hands down better. Garmin has more points of interest, faster routing, and great accuracy.
I do not know about those particular models specifically but my comparison between the companies Garmin wins.
