You, or the default configuration, installed one some states. Open MapSource, which is on the DVD with City Navigator, select the map icon, the polygon shaped icon left of the magnifying glass, and select the maps you want to install to your Street Pilot. Hook the SP up to your computer with ta USB cable and click the button to "send to device" and the maps will be sent over. Good Luck!
