Try to reset it. If the problem continues take back to the store and get a new one.
If it doesn’t turn on with the car cigarette lighter, try charging it with USB or AC. If it doesn’t turn on with USB or AC, try it with the car charger.
Even though the green light comes on, the charger may still have died. At least that way you have to replace the charger and not the GPS.
If they still sell that model, buy one, swap the good one with your broken one, take it back and get your money back. Let the store send it back to Garmin.
