I have looked and looked for some voices and the only ones I can find are pay sites. The only thing that I have seen is if you download the Webupdater you can update voices but there is nothing special it is just the same pretty much. You could try this
To connect your Garmin to your computer. Click on “My Computer” your Garmin will then appear as a drive on My Computer under the heading “Devices with removable storage”. Double click on the Garmin device shortcut. Click on the folder “Garmin” then “Voices”. You will then be able to see the voices installed on your Garmin. Before copying any files across to your Garmin or deleting any files, be sure to keep a back up of all files on your Garmin, (Example) select from the “voices” folder the file “English_British_.vpm” left click and select delete.
(Having made a back up earlier you will be able to reinstall your old voice in the future if you wish). Then drag and drop the new voice which you have downloaded (file name: English_British_.vpm) in to the voice folder on your Garmin. The new voice is now installed on your device.
I have not tried this with a tomtom file so I don't know if it will work, hence make sure to back it up!
