If your maps are old - you might want to see if they've already been updated - you can view the current maps on Garmin's website - go to http://www.garmin.com/garmin/cms/us/maps… - find the map that you have, and there should be a 'view map' tab, which has an interactive viewer, where you can zoom right in to where the cop shop should be. You can buy map updates from there.
It could also still be missing on the map. The maps are made from data from http://www.navteq.com/ - see if you can find it on their website.
If not - there's a 'map reporter' link - where you could tell them about it.
If you get map updates - it might eventually get added.
