I Need Help With My Garmin Nuvi 660?
I have a Garmin Nuvi 660 and I would to change it to aviation so i can use it for a cross-country in a cessna 172. If there is anyway to upload something to it please help me out I don’t want to go spend $1,000 on something if I can do it cheaper or even free. Please help me out with this.
You can load Custom POIs, road maps, and topo maps to the nuvi. It’s not designed for anything aviation-related. You can take the nuvi up in your plane and the cursor will follow wherever you are, so you could still use the road maps loaded on the nuvi as a reference. The cursor does not lock to the road on the nuvi.
