Up until recently you would have to purchase a laptop based navigation system for truck routing which wasn’t very good. Right now there is a new company that makes specific portable GPS for truck drivers where you can input your height, length and weight and it will guide you around all low bridges and restricted routes. I don’t believe that there are GPS for truck drivers specifically. I would imagine that if you bought one with enough options, you could ask it to reroute you when you came up to a road where you had to take alternate routes due to being a truck driver.
