Default English Language Keyboard For Garmin 250w?

Does anybody know the Default ENGLISH language keyboard settings for garmin 250w gps? where the keyboard displays all the letters of the alphabet in english a-z. Because i had mine for 2months and it is not displaying some of the letters.
