The warranty would be questionable. I wouldn't buy new units from eBay either. Garmin is rather particular about this. They will not honor the warranty on new units sold through eBay. The unit has to be sold through an authorized Garmin dealer. Some authorized dealers sell on eBay, and to get around the Garmin warranty rules, they will supply you a second receipt from their non-eBay store. I wouldn’t trust a refurbed unit from eBay.
