I Have A Garmin Gpsmap76csx And Considering Buying The City Navigator Nt.?
I can buy the cd or a sandisk memorycard for the same price. Can I buy the cd and upload it on to my pc and then download that onto a larger memory card. I can buy one up to 2gb. Both have their advantages, I just want to have both without spending double the money.

I bought a 60CSX this fall, before a trip to Europe.
I bought City Navigator NT (for the US), Western Europe, and a 2 Gb card. That way, you can load a LOT of maps on the card.
Another thought, periodically, there are map updates. With the CD, you install the update to your PC. I don’t know how it works if Navigator is on a card.
Go with the GARMIN i have one and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would go with the CD. You can use it with your computer, and download it to a memory card. If you get the memory, you can’t load it to the computer for use with the Mapsource software. (at least this is what garmin support told me.)
