Look at working out with the virtual partner, you can set it up distance (5 miles) and time (34:20). It should show a pace of 6:52. In this mode it will show if you are ahead of behind pace and how far. You can also set pace alerts so that the watch chimes when you are off pace. It might even do some other things, I only have a 301. Good luck!</description>
