First do you have the receipt. if you do maybe you can get your money back. Two, treadmills can be really erratic. Readings could not be accurate, or the treadmill is messing itself up. My friend has it and he returned it. So I suggest returning it or reading the panflet and call the number where you can make comments or suggestions. Ok.
