Garmin Nuvi 760: How Do I Shut It Off When Not Using?
I just hooked up my Garmin. I have the power cord coming from the cigarette lighter to my Garmin. When I got home, I shut off the car. But an hour later, the Garmin was still lit up, with the power cord still coming from the cigarette lighter. I’m concerned about draining the car’s battery. Should I take the power cord off when the Garmin’s battery is charged. How do you use your Garmin?
I don’t imagine it drawing enough juice to make a difference.
