Can I Use Garmin Maps On My Tomtom?
Basically my father owns a Garmin 300T and I own a TomTom One.
He got a free map update of all Europe and I want to know if its possible to transfer or convert the maps to work on my TomTom.

It is possible but you will need to convert the data file formats from OV2 to CSV. These links will let you go both ways.
