No, it’s fine to recharge it whenever is convenient.
It is good for the battery to let it fully discharge every now and then but there is certainly no need to do that every time.
You won’t damage the battery but you will prolong it’s use by not leaving it on the charger all the time. Allow it to run down and recharge is the best advice for these Li-Ion batteries. No it will be fine. I have a garmin nuvi 680. I just charge it when it is low.
